Welcome… and well done

It’s both a ‘welcome’ and a seriously ‘well done’ to local school student Poppy who’s with us this week on work experience, and working together with our exec chef and Food & Beverage Director Jon Fell on all the skills needed to work in a top-flight commercial kitchen. She’s impressing us not only with her abilities but her attitude too; very commendable!
