The function suite ladies’ washrooms is a fun and colourful area with very functional finishes (the white woodwork and grey oak flooring carries through from the public rooms), plus botanical influences in period-style exotic leaf wallpaper and warm green and natural wood colours in tiling and paintwork. There will be a new vanity top in dark grey laminate and new speckled white basins with push-down deck-mounted timer taps. The splashback will be tiled and painted in green with distressed metal-framed mirrors, plus a matching full-length mirror. The toilet cubicles will have warm-coloured wood cladding to the sides and an exotic feature wallpapered back panel. A seating area by the door will feature a large plant, a warm textured paprika-shade wall and leather bench seating.
