You may cancel your room reservation without charge up to 12pm 48 hours prior to the date of your stay. If a room is cancelled outside of the cancellation period, the full balance will be payable.
If you have a pre-paid for your stay or have a pre-paid accommodation voucher the booking is non-refundable if you cancel. However, dates may be transferred subject to availability and an admin charge.
For those booking on the discounted wedding rate, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will then be payable 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival and is non-refundable.
If you are booking using a voucher, please note you must email the hotel with the details of the voucher along with your full name, address and postcode. Upon receipt of that information the hotel will email a confirmation of your booking, however until such information is received by us your booking is not confirmed.
